The goal for this project was to give the Complete Flooring website a visual overhaul and add some features to improve user engagement. Having an existing, successful partnership with Complete Flooring since 2021 (when we took over management of their website and Google Ads) gave the project a solid head start. We were able to capitalise from the learning we had gained through working with Complete Flooring and seeing them grow in the years prior.
Ingot together with Complete Flooring’s marketing team formed a new marketing strategy for the businesses growth goals. With an injection of fresh content across their digital touchpoints the new website would have plenty of substance to keep users engaged. In addition to new content, new features designed for improved conversions included: a new mega menu, a chooser form on the home page to help direct users to the relevant services, a blog and case studies.
